Job summary

Vistar is hiring for a 2nd shift warehouse associate to pick cases and containers for customer orders from multi-level racks. You will move items on pallets to the loading dock using pallet jacks and forklifts, wrap and label orders, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Daily duties include following safety procedures, maintaining productivity, and completing paperwork. The role operates in a multi-temperature environment with variable end times based on volume.

Qualifications

• 6-12 months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
• Ability to follow safety policies and procedures.
• Must be able to work scheduled times and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Select cases and containers to fill customer orders from warehouse storage.
• Move completed orders to loading dock with pallet jack/forklift.
• Wrap, label and ready shipments while observing safety and quality standards.
• Perform duties to maintain efficient flow of product through the process.
• Execute other related duties as assigned.
