Job summary

Vistar is seeking a warehouse associate to pick and stage orders in a multi-level warehouse. You will use a pallet jack and forklift to move case goods and perishables, ensuring accuracy and safety across all steps.

Starting Sunday at 12:00pm or Monday-Thursday at 3:00pm, you will work in a multi-temperature environment with Day 1 benefits, safety bonuses, and merit increases. End times vary by daily volume.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work scheduled times and overtime as required.
• Able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly.
• Able to lift 10–35 pounds, up to 60–90 pounds depending on location.
• Work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Select cases and containers to fulfill customer orders from multi-level warehouse racks.
• Operate pallet jack/forklift to move orders to loading dock staging area.
• Shrink-wrap pallets as needed and ensure safe, accurate delivery to shipment area.
• Follow safety policies, inspect equipment, and wear required PPE.
• Complete paperwork and report unsafe conditions; maintain productivity and accuracy.
