Job summary

Burlington Stores in San Bernardino is seeking an Asset Protection Specialist to help keep our distribution center safe, secure, and running efficiently. You’ll protect people, product, and property while supporting accurate goods flow in and out of the facility.

This hands-on role blends security, operations, and data accuracy. You’ll work indoors and outdoors, monitor access, log shipments and audits, and partner with teams to identify risks and implement improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Flexible schedules including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Comfortable warehouse environment (indoor/outdoor).
• Basic computer skills and data entry accuracy.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Protect people and assets; monitor access and verify associates/visitors.
• Support yard and shipment operations; track trailers and verify locations and seals.
• Audit and identify risks; monitor CCTV and report findings.
• Enter and maintain logs; communicate discrepancies to leadership.
• Collaborate with operations, safety, and leadership to maintain a safe workplace.
