Burlington Stores, Inc. in Riverside, CA is hiring an Asset Protection Specialist to help keep the distribution center safe, secure, and efficient. You will protect people, product, and property while supporting accurate goods flow in and out of the facility.

This hands-on role blends security, operations, and data accuracy, with indoor and outdoor duties, CCTV monitoring, and cross‑team collaboration to identify and solve risks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment (indoor and outdoor conditions).
• Basic computer skills and ability to enter data accurately.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Protect people and assets within the distribution center.
• Monitor building access and verify associates and visitors.
• Conduct bag checks and support badge access processes.
• Maintain key control and enforce security procedures.
• Observe and report suspicious activity or safety concerns.
• Support yard and shipment operations; track incoming/outgoing trailers.
• Audit and identify risks; perform daily/weekly/monthly audits.
• Accurately enter and maintain logs in company systems.
• Communicate issues and discrepancies to leadership.
• Work with operations, safety, and leadership teams to improve processes.
