Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is hiring an Asset Protection Specialist to safeguard our distribution center and ensure efficient operations. You will help protect people, products, and property indoors and outdoors while supporting accurate goods flow.

This hands-on role blends security, operations, and data accuracy. You’ll monitor access, conduct bag checks, audit trailers, and log discrepancies to guide leadership decisions and improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment (indoor and outdoor conditions).
• Basic computer skills and ability to enter data accurately.

Responsibilities

• Protect people and assets by monitoring access and verifying associates and visitors.
• Conduct bag checks and support badge access processes.
• Maintain key control and enforce security procedures.
• Observe and report suspicious activity or safety concerns.
• Support yard and shipment operations; track and log trailers and verify locations and seal integrity.
• Audit facilities and identify risks; partner with leadership on solutions.
