Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. in Redlands is hiring an Asset Protection Specialist to keep our distribution center safe, secure, and efficient. You’ll help protect people, product, and property while ensuring accurate flow of goods in and out of the facility.

This hands-on role blends security, operations, and data accuracy as you work indoors and outdoors, track information with technology, and collaborate with teams across the building to identify risks and solve problems.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable in a warehouse environment (indoor and outdoor).
• Basic computer skills and ability to enter data accurately.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Protect people & assets: Monitor access for associates and visitors; support badge access; maintain key control; report suspicious activity or safety concerns.
• Support yard & shipment operations: Track/log trailers; manage yard vehicle flow; verify trailer locations and seals; ensure system accuracy with physical inventory.
• Audit & identify risks: Conduct daily/weekly/monthly audits; monitor CCTV; spot loss/shrink trends; report findings and partner with leadership on solutions.
• Data & reporting: Enter and maintain logs in company systems; communicate discrepancies and trends to leadership; use reports to support investigations and improvements.
• Team & partnership: Collaborate with operations, safety and leadership; maintain professional presence; contribute to a safe workplace.
