Burlington Stores, Inc. invites you to join our Distribution Center as an Asset Protection Specialist. This hands-on role protects people, product, and property while ensuring accurate flow of goods in and out of the facility, indoors and outdoors, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

You’ll monitor access, conduct bag checks, track trailers, perform audits, and maintain precise data in company systems. You’ll work with operations, safety, and leadership to identify risks and implement

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment (indoor and outdoor conditions).
• Basic computer skills and ability to enter data accurately.
• Ability to stand, walk, and/or lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Protect People & Assets: Monitor building access, verify associates/visitors, conduct bag checks, maintain key control, report suspicious activity.
• Support Yard & Shipment Operations: Track incoming/outgoing trailers, monitor yard flow, verify locations and seal integrity.
• Audit & Identify Risks: Perform daily/weekly/monthly audits, monitor CCTV, identify loss/shrink trends, report findings.
