Burlington Stores is seeking an Asset Protection Specialist to safeguard people, product, and property across our distribution center. The role blends security, operations, and data accuracy in a hands-on, fast-paced environment both indoors and outdoors.

You will protect assets, support yard operations, conduct audits, and maintain accurate logs. A professional demeanor, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are essential. Benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment (indoor and outdoor conditions)
• Basic computer skills and ability to enter data accurately
• Ability to stand, walk, and/or lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Protect People & Assets: Monitor access, verify associates/visitors, conduct bag checks, maintain key control, report suspicious activity.
• Support Yard & Shipment Operations: Track/log incoming/outgoing trailers, monitor yard vehicle flow, verify locations and seal integrity.
• Audit & Identify Risks: Perform daily/weekly/monthly audits, monitor CCTV, identify loss/shrink patterns, report findings to leadership.
• Data & Reporting: Enter/maintain logs, communicate discrepancies, use tools/reports for investigations and improvements.
• Team & Partnership: Collaborate with operations, safety, and leadership, maintain professional presence, foster a safe workplace.
