Monster Energy seeks a Warehouse Scheduler in Fort Worth, TX to manage inbound/outbound deliveries, maintain daily schedules, and notify teams of changes. You will coordinate with trucking companies, brokers, and customer service to ensure timely, accurate shipments and documentation.

The role requires 1–3 years in warehouse shipping/receiving and strong MS Office/WMS skills. HDL on-site work with standard hours.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• 1–3 years in warehouse shipping/receiving.
• Experience in warehouse administration and record-keeping.
• Proficiency with MS Office; Excel, Word, Outlook; WMS usage.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule all inbound and outbound deliveries and update appointment times.
• Coordinate with carriers, brokers, and customer service for smooth operations.
• Provide PODs and verify broker documentation for accuracy.
• Update and track guard logs and respond to issues requiring attention.
• Communicate schedule changes to warehouse, transportation, and receiving teams.
