Monster Energy in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Warehouse Scheduler to manage inbound and outbound deliveries, update appointment times, and keep the daily schedule aligned with the transportation, shipping, and receiving teams. You will confirm requests from carriers, communicate with trucking companies and customer service, update staff on issues, and provide proof of delivery when requested.

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Logistics and 1–3 years in warehouse shipping/receiving,

Qualificações

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics or related field.
1–3 years of experience in warehouse shipping/receiving.
1–3 years of experience in warehouse administration/record keeping.
Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and WMS experience.

Responsabilidades

Confirm and schedule all carrier appointment requests for inbound/outbound loads.
Communicate with trucking companies, brokers and customer service.
Update warehouse personnel, transportation and customer service on issues.
Manage missed appointments and reschedules with carriers.
Assist with updating vendor appointments in spreadsheets.
Provide proof of delivery (POD) to carriers when requested.
Ensure broker documentation is correct and research discrepancies.
Assist with updating and tracking guard logs daily.
