Job summary

Performance Foodservice is hiring a Sanitation, Warehouse associate in Rogers, MN. The role focuses on maintaining a clean and safe warehouse, performing janitorial tasks across dry, cooler, and freezer areas, and ensuring health and safety policies are followed.

Schedule is Sunday-Thursday, 7 AM to 3 PM, with pay of $20-$22 per hour. Responsibilities include operating a pallet jack when needed, handling cleaning chemicals per safety data sheets, and completing required Pure Safety training

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–6+ months sanitation/janitorial experience preferred.
• Must pass post-offer drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment in accordance with health and safety policies.
• Perform general janitorial tasks: dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash removal.
• Handle cleaning chemicals per hazmat guidelines and training.
• Operate pallet jack for material transport as needed.
• Complete training modules and follow all company policies.

Position Purpose:

We value the safety and health of our associates! The Sanitation, Warehouse ensures the health and safety of all our associates by always maintaining a clean and safe workplace.

The Sanitation, Warehouse performs general janitorial, cleaning, and sanitation related job tasks in warehouse facility, including dry, cooler and freezer areas. May perform similar duties in office areas as assigned.

Schedule:

Sunday - Thursday, 7AM- 3PM

Compensation:

$20-$22/hour

Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

• Completes all work according to company health and safety policies and guidelines.
• Reports all unsafe conditions or unsafe acts immediately to ensure safety of all associates.
• Performs cleaning duties as assigned including but not limited to dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash pickup and related janitorial tasks.
• Handles all cleaning chemicals as directed in hazmat material sheets.
• Timely and accurate completion of all assigned Pure Safety training modules.
• May require operation of pallet jack to transport refuse/trash to appropriate receptacles.
• Completes all assignments and timely and accurately.
• May be required to work with cleaning chemicals.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent

3-6+ months general sanitation, cleaning and/or janitorial work experience

Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check

Compensation

$20-$22/hour
