Requirements :

1. The sanitation associate keeps the work site clean and free of debris.
2. You will learn both sanitation and pallet sorting best practices within a warehouse facility, working alone or in teams with minimal supervision.
3. Work with a high level of direct contact with customer's staff and outside delivery personnel; emphasis is placed on the ability to relate in a positive, friendly manner.
4. Assigned to specified areas within the work environment to maintain a consistent workflow and meet customer expectations.

What success looks like :

1. A high-energy individual with a strong work ethic.
2. Self-motivated with the ability to work with limited supervision.
3. Independent decision maker as needed to accomplish tasks.
4. Lift and carry a minimum of up to 25-75 lbs; materials handled vary.
5. Handle pallets as directed by Capstone management and customer, meeting company standards, customer timelines, and maintaining a safe work environment.
6. Keep Site Supervisor and Manager informed regarding conditions on the dock, accomplishments, and concerns; contribute suggestions for improvements.
7. Maintain flexibility in work schedule due to changing operational needs.
8. Sit or stand for periods in office as well as warehouse environment (concrete flooring and changing temperatures).
