Job summary

KeHE Distributors, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Safety Manager to oversee safety and compliance in the warehouse. You will reduce incident frequency while upholding safety programs and company culture.

You will collaborate with HR on workers' comp and oversee drug testing, safety trainings, and safety committee activities. A Bachelor’s Degree and knowledge of OSHA/Cal-OSHA regulations are required, with bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Microsoft Office knowledge required.
• OSHA/Cal-OSHA/DOT safety regulations knowledge.
• Strong analytical skills required.
• Good written and verbal communication; bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure organization safety compliance in collaboration with ops management.
• Evaluate safety programs, provide recommendations and implement changes.
• Conduct site safety inspections and audits.
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions after incidents.
• Maintain and monitor safety forms and processes.
