Job summary

KeHE Distributors, LLC in Oregon is seeking a Warehouse Safety Manager to lead safety and compliance across our distribution operations.

You will conduct site inspections and audits, manage safety training, track incident root-cause analyses, and partner with HR on workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs, supporting KeHE’s Harm-to-None safety culture. Bachelor’s degree and proficiency with Microsoft Office required; bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Shift includes 5:00 AM starts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure organization safety compliance.
• Conduct site safety inspections and audits.
• Facilitate safety training and track completion.
• Coordinate post-accident root-cause analyses and corrective actions.
• Support workers' compensation processes and return-to-work programs.
• Promote and support the Harm-to-None safety program.
