Job summary

KeHE Distributors, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Safety Manager to lead safety programs, conduct audits, and drive incident analysis to reduce risk while upholding the company culture focused on development and shared success.

The role partners with operations and HR to manage training, workers' compensation, drug testing, and documentation to ensure compliance and safety across the warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Documentation of safety programs and OSHA compliance experience.

Responsibilities

• Works with ops management to ensure organization safety compliance.
• Evaluates safety programs, provides recommendations and implements approved changes.
• Conducts site safety inspections and audits.
• Facilitates, tracks and communicates post accident/incident Root-Cause-Analysis and Corrective/Preventative Action processes.
• Responsible for maintaining and monitoring completion of all safety related forms and processes.
• Champions KeHE's Harm-to-None (H20) program and promotes 'all accidents are preventable.'
• Manages safety training schedule, conducts training and ensures documentation is compliant.
• Facilitates safety activities including safety committee meetings and trend reviews.
• Supports corporate safety initiatives and powered industrial training program.
• Works with HR on workers' compensation and return-to-work programs.
• Oversees monthly random drug testing with third party vendor.
