Job summary

KeHE Distributors, a leading employee-owned distributor of natural and organic products, seeks a Warehouse Safety Manager to oversee safety and compliance in the warehouse. You will drive safety initiatives, reduce incident frequency, and collaborate with HR on workers' compensation and return-to-work programs.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree, knowledge of OSHA/Cal-OSHA/DOT regulations, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Knowledge of OSHA, Cal-OSHA, DOT regulations.
• Strong planning and prioritization.
• Analytical skills and strategic thinking.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure warehouse safety compliance in operations.
• Conduct site safety inspections and audits.
• Lead post-accident/root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Manage safety training and documentation.
• Oversee workers' compensation processes with HR and return-to-work.
• Coordinate safety committee activities and safety program adoption.
• Support corporate safety initiatives and safety rule enforcement.
