Parts Authority in San Bernardino, CA, is seeking a Warehouse Returns - Administrative Associate to handle the intake of returns from drivers and verify items against what was sold. The role emphasizes accuracy, documentation, and timely processing within the reverse logistics flow.

Qualifications

• Accurately follow directions, both written and verbal.
• Maintain individual productivity and quality standards according to department requirements.
• Regularly lift, push, pull and/or move objects 10-50lbs and occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh upto 100 lbs.
• Frequently stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach.
• Occasionally sit and climb (ladders/stairs) or balance.
• May be subject to environmental conditions including weather exposure.
• May be required to work in narrow aisles or passageways.
• Basic warehouse, inventory management, or logistics experience.
• Working knowledge of computer hardware components, configurations, serial-number tracking, and product identification.
• Strong understanding of return merchandise authorization, vendor return, and shipping processes.
• Ability to organize work and prioritize competing demands.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in product verification, system transactions, data entry, and documentation.
• Follow, interpret, and reinforce standardized processes and work.
• Troubleshooting and root-cause-analysis skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Clear and professional communication with vendors and carriers.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Familiarity with WMS, Gmail, RF scanners, and Excel/Sheets.

Responsibilities

• RMA and Vendor Return Processing.
• Manage reverse supply chain for defective or unsellable inventory returns.
• Submit Return Merchandise Authorization requests to vendors.
• Review department negative POs for accuracy and vendor compliance.
• Maintain records of RMA submissions, approvals, and status changes.
• Ensure documentation, forms, labels, and shipping records are filed properly.
