Job summary

Living Spaces in Rialto, CA is seeking a Returns Processor to support the Returns Team with timely and accurate product returns, inventory validation, and process improvements. You will verify items against drivers’ manifests and assist stores and the DRT team with questions.

This role requires basic warehouse experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a willingness to work weekends/holidays. You will help label, rewrap, and disposition items while maintaining a safe, clean warehouse

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Experience with design software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Walk doors to validate inventory against driver’s returns manifest and ensure accuracy.
• Label, rewrap items and push out to end caps.
• Send emails regarding missing items, damaged items, driver claims, or issues in returns process.
• Understand AX and Dispatch Track Routing System; Invoice Orders in Transportation Manager.
• Operate in compliance with OSHA; maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.
• Ensure correct number and type of products are loaded and shipped.
