Job summary

RWC Group is hiring an Inventory Control Clerk for our Parts Department. You will pull and verify returns, process vendor credits, and perform cycle counts to keep inventory accurate across locations. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work with a team in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years in inventory, warehouse, or parts experience.
• Proficient with inventory management systems and basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with part numbers and quantities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift and carry parts and materials regularly.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Pull and verify return parts from stock with correct part numbers and quantities.
• Process all vendor returns in the DMS with complete documentation.
• Coordinate with purchasing to meet return deadlines.
• Verify returned parts against customer invoices and issue credits.
• Conduct scheduled cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Investigate discrepancies and adjust the DMS as needed.
• Maintain organized return and parts areas for efficiency.
• Communicate with vendors, purchasing, and warehouse teams about returns.
• Provide inventory trend reports and recommendations.
