Job summary

Living Spaces is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to assist supervisors with inventory validation, data entry, and issue resolution. You will support the outbound team, process transfers, and ensure items are correctly picked and surfaced for end caps.

The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot inventory discrepancies. Responsibilities include responding to phone inquiries, supporting stores and the DRT team, and maintaining a safe, clean warehouse environment

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2-4 years general warehouse experience in fast-paced environment.
• Experience using Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Walk doors to validate inventory against drivers manifest and ensure accuracy.
• Answer and troubleshoot calls on the 1799 line.
• Assist stores, customer service, and DRT with transfer questions and order accuracy.
• Research inventory discrepancies and coordinate resolutions with Inventory Control.
• Send picks to replace missing or damaged items; push out to end caps and schedule changes.
• Maintain OSHA-compliant operations and a safe, clean warehouse floor.
