Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate pallet jacks or forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Plan, guide, and direct staff to meet customer demands and deadlines.
• Handle high-volume, fast-paced warehouse returns processing.
• Input accurate return information on customer accounts and perform general warehouse duties.
• Maintain safety, productivity, and quality goals across the team.
• Coordinate with Returns supervisors on scheduling, training and discipline.
• Lead department meetings and ensure clear cross-functional communication.
• Oversee sorting, packing, and processing of returns to meet customer deadlines.
