Factory Motor Part is seeking a Lead Operations Associate to drive warehouse efficiency, pull customer orders, manage inventory, and ensure accurate handling of returns and hazardous materials. The role includes professional customer communication and potential part deliveries with a company vehicle.

The ideal candidate has warehouse experience, a valid driver's license, the ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and strong attention to detail. 19+ years old with a clean driving record preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Clean driving record.
• 19 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pull customer orders.
• Participate in inventory cycle counts.
• Stock shelves as inventory arrives.
• Maintain warehouse organization.
• Professional communication with customers.
• Ability to write customer returns accurately.
• Must be able to handle hazardous materials.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• May be responsible for safe, timely delivery of parts using company vehicle.
