Responsibilities

• Open all boxes to ensure returned items are correct and sold by the company.
• Separate returns into core, defect, and new categories.
• Put account number stickers on cores and defects.
• Redistribute new merchandise to other stores.
• Enter each returned item into the computer system.
• Assist the returns team in creating negative purchase orders.
• Collaborate with sales staff and managers on customer return issues.
• Perform miscellaneous projects and related duties as assigned.
