Factory Motor Part is seeking a Lead Operations Associate to join a fast-paced warehouse team. You will lead daily order pulling, participate in cycle counts, and ensure accurate stocking and organization while maintaining safety and high standards of customer communication.

Qualified candidates bring warehouse experience, the ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and a valid driver’s license. Training and advancement opportunities are available within a growing organization.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience is required.
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pull customer orders.
• Participate in inventory cycle counts.
• Stock shelves as inventory arrives.
