Job summary

Renova One is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, inventory management, material staging, and order fulfillment. The role may involve emergency restoration support and mitigation projects, with after-hours opportunities for additional compensation.

Prior restoration or related experience is preferred, and training is available for the right candidate. Ideal candidates are dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in both warehouse and field

Qualifications

Previous warehouse experience preferred.
Restoration mitigation, construction, disaster recovery, or related experience preferred.
Willingness to learn restoration and mitigation services if not previously experienced.
Forklift certification or experience preferred.
Ability to regularly lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Willingness to participate in occasional after-hours emergency response assignments for additional compensation.
Comfortable working in both warehouse and field environments.

Responsibilities

Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely and efficiently to move materials and products.
Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities and inspect for damage or discrepancies.
Record and label received items and organize in storage locations.
Retrieve and pack materials for customer orders according to picking lists.
Prepare orders for shipment and arrange carrier pickup or delivery.
Perform regular inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
