Job summary

Renova One is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations with a focus on production cutting and distribution of materials. You will operate production cutting equipment, forklifts, and pallet jacks to prepare orders for shipment while maintaining inventory accuracy.

You will collaborate with team members to meet daily production and distribution goals, follow safety protocols, and ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain; pole lift experience preferred.
• Basic math and computer skills; ability to use inventory software and handheld devices.
• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds; strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate production cutting equipment to prepare materials for distribution.
• Move and load materials using forklifts, pole lift attachments, order pickers, and pallet jacks.
• Receive shipments, verify quantities and inspect for damage.
• Record and label items; organize storage locations.
• Prepare orders for shipment and coordinate carrier pickup.
• Perform regular inventory and cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
• Restock and replenish inventory as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.
