Job summary

Renova One is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, inventory management, material staging, and order fulfillment. The role may involve emergency restoration support and mitigation projects, with after-hours opportunities for additional compensation.

Prior restoration or related experience is preferred, and training is available for the right candidate. Ideal candidates are dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in both warehouse and field

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Restoration mitigation, construction, disaster recovery, or related experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn restoration and mitigation services if not previously experienced.
• Forklift certification or experience preferred.
• Ability to regularly lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to participate in occasional after-hours emergency response assignments for additional compensation.
• Comfortable working in both warehouse and field environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely and efficiently to move materials and products.
• Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities and inspect for damage or discrepancies.
• Record and label received items and organize in storage locations.
• Retrieve and pack materials for customer orders according to picking lists.
• Prepare orders for shipment and arrange carrier pickup or delivery.
• Perform regular inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accuracy.

Job Summary

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, material staging, deliveries, and order fulfillment. This role will also support emergency restoration services and assist with mitigation projects as business needs require. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and willing to learn both warehouse and restoration operations. Previous restoration, mitigation, construction, or related experience is preferred; however, we are willing to train the right candidate. This position may require occasional after-hours emergency response work, which includes additional compensation opportunities. Candidates should be flexible, team-oriented, and comfortable working in both warehouse and field environments.

Requirements

Responsibilities & Duties

• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, safely and efficiently to move materials and products as required
• Receive incoming shipments of materials and products, verifying quantities and inspecting for damage or discrepancies
• Accurately record and label received items, and organize them in designated storage locations within the warehouse
• Retrieve and pack materials and products for customer orders according to picking lists and packing instructions
• Prepare orders for shipment by packaging items securely, labeling packages with shipping information, and arranging for carrier pickup or delivery
• Perform regular inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records and identify discrepancies
• Assist with emergency restoration and mitigation projects as needed
• Support water, fire, storm, and other property damage response activities
• Load, transport, set up, and monitor mitigation equipment
• Participate in restoration training and certification programs as assigned
• Respond to occasional after-hours emergency service calls based on business needs
• Collaborate with other warehouse team members and department supervisors to prioritize tasks and meet daily production goals
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including sweeping floors, emptying trash bins, keeping aisles clear, and cleaning the parking lot and dumpster areas
