Job summary

Renova One is seeking a Restoration Technician to perform renovation, restoration, and maintenance tasks across projects nationwide. You will provide hands-on technical support, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and team members to complete work on time and safely.

The role offers growth into full restoration responsibilities, including shop and warehouse duties, with opportunities to support carpet cleaning services and other service lines as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous restoration experience preferred; general construction, flooring, or carpet cleaning experience also considered.
• Ability to perform manual labor and work in various weather conditions.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assess property damage from water, fire, or smoke.
• Remove debris and damaged contents from affected areas.
• Clean, sanitize, and disinfect surfaces, walls, and floors.
• Assist in removal and disposal of damaged materials (drywall, insulation, flooring).
• Set up and operate drying equipment and prevent mold growth.
• Support reconstruction like framing, drywall, painting.
• Document work for insurance claims and billing with photos and notes.
• Follow safety protocols to protect on-site personnel.
