Job summary

Renova One in Hyattsville, MD is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, inventory control, material staging, and order fulfillment, with occasional restoration field support.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Restoration mitigation, construction, disaster recovery experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn restoration and mitigation services.
• Forklift certification or experience preferred.
• Ability to regularly lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Occasional after-hours emergency response assignments for additional compensation.
• Comfortable working in both warehouse and field environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse equipment safely to move materials.
• Receive shipments, verify quantities, inspect for damage.
• Record and label items; organize storage locations.
• Pack materials for customer orders according to picking lists.
• Prepare orders for shipment with proper labeling and carrier arrangements.
• Perform regular inventory and cycle counts.
• Assist with emergency restoration and mitigation projects.
• Support water, fire, storm response activities.
• Load, transport, set up, and monitor mitigation equipment.
• Participate in restoration training and certifications.
• Respond to after-hours emergency calls as needed.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and parking lot.
