Liberty Pumps is seeking a Warehouse Relations Support focused on customer service and data entry to process consignments, releases, invoicing, and related warehousing tasks.

Primary duties include interpreting warehouse data, entering it into the ERP system, and assisting Order Processors with factory orders when needed. The role requires strong communication, accuracy, and a safety-conscious mindset.

Responsibilities

• Interpret incoming warehouse information and enter into ERP to generate warehouse releases, relieve inventory, and invoice customers.
• Maintain lengthy phone conversations to respond to customer and warehouse inquiries (order content, pricing, shipping).
• Compare inventory to resolve inventory-related issues.
• Enter factory orders and respond to inquiries supporting Order Processors.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with Liberty Pumps members, partners, vendors, and customers.
• Operate in compliance with ISO 9001 requirements.
• Follow safety guidelines, keep a clean, organized work area, and report unsafe conditions.
