Job summary

Liberty Pumps Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Relations Support to handle consignment processing, release entries, invoicing, and related warehousing data entry.

The role will also support Order Processors with factory orders when needed. You will interpret warehouse information into the ERP system to generate releases, relieve inventory, and invoice customers, while maintaining professional communication with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to interpret ERP data and enter records accurately.

Responsibilities

• Process warehouse consignment data and release entries.
• Enter invoicing data and related warehousing tasks.
• Support Order Processors with factory orders.
• Interpret warehouse information into ERP for releases and invoicing.
• Respond to customer and warehouse inquiries by phone.
• Compare inventory to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain professional relationships with Liberty Pumps members, partners, vendors, and customers.
• Follow ISO 9001 requirements and maintain a safe workspace.
