• Interpret incoming warehouse information and enter into ERP to generate warehouse releases, relieve inventory, and invoice customers.
• Maintain lengthy phone calls to respond to customer and warehouse inquiries (order content, pricing, shipping).
• Compare inventory to resolve inventory issues and support factory order inquiries.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with Liberty Pumps members, partners, vendors, and customers.
• Follow ISO 9001 requirements and report unsafe activities; maintain clean, organized workspace.
