Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Record Center Specialist to join a leading organization in Omaha, NE. This full-time role offers consistent hours and a Monday–Friday schedule with three shifts available.

Daily tasks include processing orders with handheld scanners, investigating discrepancies, scanning and tracking containers, retrieving and shelving files, and assisting with internal moves. A high school diploma is required, and you must be able to lift up to 65 lbs and wear steel-toed boots.

Responsibilities

• Processing all types of daily incoming and outgoing work orders, including rush orders, using handheld barcode scanners.
• Investigating and resolving order discrepancies and preparing orders for shipment.
• Scanning and tracking all incoming containers, files, and tapes, and notifying supervisors of discrepancies.
• Retrieving and shelving files, cartons, and tapes in accordance with policies and timelines.
• Handling internal moves and permanent withdrawals; participating in special projects as needed.
• Lifting and moving boxes weighing up to 65 lbs.

Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $18.00 per hour (all shifts)

Shift: Monday - Friday

1st Shift 8am-4:30pm

2nd Shift 2:30pm - 11pm

3rd Shift 11pm - 7:30am
