Viking Electric in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Receiving Warehouse Material Handler to support our fast-paced warehouse operations. You will help move products from the warehouse to our customers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery in a collaborative team environment.

This full-time role requires physical stamina, basic math, and a willingness to learn forklift operation and a handheld scanning device. We provide training and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, 75 lbs with assistance.
• Willingness to learn forklift operation and handheld scanner.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks in a warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks and move boxes/material using various equipment.
• Count, check and record items entering or leaving the warehouse.
• Use a handheld device to scan barcodes and track inventory levels.
• Assemble, package, label, stack, palletize and route materials for delivery or storage.
• Keep products free from damage and organized.
• Follow procedures to maintain warehouse safety and security.
