Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the 1st shift (6:00 am – 2:30 pm MT) in the United States. This role supports material receiving, inspection, labeling, data entry, and basic reporting, with mentoring on inspection procedures and the use of blueprints and schematics.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, the ability to obtain an MHE license within 30 days, and may involve travel and security clearance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to obtain MHE license within 30 days of selection.
• Must be able to pass Inert Certification training requirements.
• Position may require travel and ability to pass Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Identifies, examines, classifies, accepts, rejects, and disposes of material per regulations.
• Mentoring assistance for inspection/examination procedures.
• Read specifications and photographs for DLA contract as required.
• Read blueprints/schematics under mentoring of senior personnel.
• Load material on/off skids, pallets, stands.
• Prepare labels as required.
• Prepare basic reports.
• Operate tools and equipment in performance of duties.
• Receive/input data to automated systems for receiving/shipping duties.
• May operate MHE with license.
• Count, weigh, record data, apply tags/labels.
• Perform preventive maintenance adjustments to related equipment.
