Job summary

Staples Advantage Canada is seeking warehouse associates for multiple areas including Bulk/Material Handling Equipment Operation, Porter, Replenishment, Receiving/Putaway/Returns, Returns, and Shipping. You may be placed in any role as needed. Safety is a core priority, with training and equipment provided.

Shifts include 4:00am-12:00pm, Monday to Friday. Benefits exist for full-time staff; a pair of work shoes is provided after 60 days, plus PTO, discounts, and a 401(k) match where applicable.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) months related experience in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to pass a drug screen where legally permissible.
• Basic English language skills (verbal and written).
• Full-Time associates must be able to work additional hours/overtime as needed.
• Ability to lift/push/pull boxes weighing 70–100 lbs.
• Must wear safety composite shoes.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks) to pick and move product up to 100 lbs.
• Perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks as required.
• Confirm accuracy of product during Receiving/Putaway/Returns and resolve discrepancies.
• Unload trucks and palletize products; move products within the warehouse safely.
• Organize, stack, and shrink-wrap customer orders for shipping; load trucks manually.
