Job summary

Staples Advantage Canada is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support our four operations areas—Order Picker, Restocker, Bulk Selector, and Custodian—within a safety-focused environment. You may transition among roles as needed to meet daily demands and maintain productivity.

Ideal candidates will have basic English, strong arithmetic, and the ability to lift up to 70 pounds. The role requires adherence to safety guidelines and the ability to work varied shifts, including overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to count and use basic arithmetic in daily tasks.
• Capable of lifting up to 70 pounds and working in a warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

• Picker: accurately assemble customer orders to meet daily goals.
• Restocker: scan labels, cut boxes, restock shelves per safety rules.
• Bulk selector: pull, pack totes, and move merchandise to conveyors.
• Custodian: clean and sanitize facilities; maintain cleanliness.
