Job summary

Staples Advantage Canada is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support six warehouse roles and handle material handling equipment for products up to 100 lbs. Shifts are 1:00pm–7:00pm, Monday–Friday, with safety procedures emphasized throughout.

We offer pay-for-performance, a $1.00/hour shift differential, and a range of benefits for full-time staff. Minimum warehouse experience, drug screening, and basic English are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum three months in a warehouse environment or equivalent training/experience.
• Ability to pass a drug screen where legally permissible.
• Basic English language skills (verbal and written).
• Full-time requires overtime as needed based on business needs.
• Capability to lift 70–100 lbs by hand; safety footwear required.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment to move product safely within the warehouse.
• Sort, stack, and palletize goods for shipping and storage.
• Assist receiving, putaway, returns, and shipping duties as assigned.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and comply with safety procedures.
• Support multiple roles (SC1/SC2) as needed to meet operational demands.
