Job summary

FuelCell Energy is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Administrator to verify and maintain records on incoming and outgoing shipments, using ERP in D365, and coordinate with carriers.

The role supports internal customers through accurate material handling, inventory control, and timely order fulfillment in a 70,000+ sq ft facility. Candidates should have forklift certification and a valid driver's license; HAZMAT certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years in material handling or shipping/receiving.
• Valid Driver’s license required; forklift and HAZMAT certifications provided.

Responsibilities

• Performs receiving into D365; tracks items against POs and packing lists.
• Schedules carriers to meet outbound shipping requirements.
• Maintains records of shipments and inventory accuracy.
• Operates forklift and manages material handling tasks.
