Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to accurately receive, store, move and ship materials, ensuring inventory accuracy and timely material flow in ERP systems. You will operate RF scanners, forklifts, and pallet jacks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of shipping/receiving/warehousing experience.
• ERP systems experience required; SAP experience preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners for inventory transactions.
• Forklift and pallet jack experience required; certification preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate warehouse/software systems.
• Strong attention to detail and inventory traceability.
• Ability to read/write and follow written/verbal instructions.
• Ability to lift/move materials up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, unload, and verify incoming materials and shipments.
• Process inventory transactions using ERP systems and RF scanning equipment.
• Read and interpret orders and shipping documents to determine requirements.
• Pick, stage, package, and prepare materials for shipment.
• Move materials between locations while maintaining traceability.
• Maintain accurate shipping and inventory records and follow safety procedures.
