Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• 1 year logistics or shipping/receiving experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience with ERP, WMS, or other inventory systems.
• Understanding of Inventory numbering and product identification processes.
• Knowledge of safe warehouse practices and OSHA regulations.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain.
• Experience in a cGMP environment.

Aufgaben

• Prepare shipments for current day dispatch and receive inbound shipments.
• Organize inventory for easy retrieval as orders come in and review schedules to maintain productive operations.
• Verify item counts against bills, invoices, or orders; ensure proper labeling and paperwork.
• Place received materials in temperature-controlled storage and coordinate with Supply Chain and Customer Service teams.
• Enter shipping data into ERP and verify paperwork; ensure accuracy of lot numbers and category numbers.
• Assist with annual and semi-annual inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Operate material handling equipment safely and maintain a clean, compliant work area.
• Adhere to cGMP and SOPs and follow safety regulations.
