Qualifications

• Basic computer literacy and experience with ERP/inventory software and Excel.
• High accuracy reading SKU numbers and interpreting shipping documents.
• Ability to read orders and safety instructions.

Responsibilities

• Collect receiving documents daily and accurately input into ERP.
• Handle vendor nonconformance returns of product.
• Review packing slips and execute shipping queue.
• Print packing slips and mark as shipped in system.
• Work with procurement on stock levels.
• Create labels for incoming purchase orders.
• Maintain records, shipping docs, and inventory transactions.
• Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization.
• Handle transfers of inventory stock between sites.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
