Qualifications

• College degree or 2+ years of related experience and/or training.
• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills required.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and manuals in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily audits of receiving, put away, picking, packing, and shipping using audit checklists.
• Observe associates performing tasks and verify SOPs and work instructions are followed.
• Record audit results accurately and report findings to the supervisor before the end of each shift.
• Research inventory discrepancies, receiving and shipping errors, damages, and customer complaints.
• Identify and report repeat errors or recurring quality concerns observed on the floor.
• Identify waste, inefficiencies, process bottlenecks, and compliance gaps; suggest improvements.
• Complete daily audit logs and enter findings into tracking tools.
• Follow safe work practices and report safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Meet performance measures: audit completion, inventory accuracy, safety compliance.
• Operate within SOPs and OSHA safety standards; other duties as assigned.
