Job summary

Crawford Electric Supply in Katy, Texas is seeking a Quality Assurance Representative for the PM Shift to uphold quality and safety in a fast-paced distribution environment. The role focuses on SOP compliance, audits, and supporting continuous improvement within the warehouse team, part of the Sonepar group.

Responsibilities include daily audits, root cause analysis support, and thorough documentation of findings to help enhance warehouse processes and accuracy.

Qualifications

• College degree or at least 2 years of related experience.
• PIT certification or experience operating sit-down/reach trucks preferred.
• Strong communications skills and ability to read and interpret English safety documents.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily audits of receiving, put-away, picking, packing and shipping.
• Observe operations and verify SOPs are followed; report findings to supervisor.
• Document audit results and follow up on corrective actions.
