Job summary

Crawford Electric Supply is hiring for a Warehouse Process Quality Assurance Team member in Katy, TX. This role performs daily SOP audits of receiving, put away, picking, packing, and shipping, ensuring procedures are followed and quality standards are met.

You will collect data, support root cause analysis, and help drive continuous improvement on the floor. The position emphasizes safety, accuracy in inventory and order handling, and contributing to process improvements while collaborating

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with leadership and sales teams.
• Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and handling small parts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily audits of receiving, put away, picking, packing, and shipping using audit checklists.
• Record audit results accurately and report findings to the supervisor.
• Assist QA team with root cause analysis and report repeat errors observed on the floor.
• Identify waste, inefficiencies, and process bottlenecks; suggest improvements.
