Job summary

Crawford Electric Supply in Katy, TX is seeking a Warehouse Process Quality Assurance team member to perform daily SOP audits across receiving, put away, picking, packing and shipping, ensuring SOP compliance on the floor.

You will support issue research, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement while documenting findings and maintaining quality records. PM shift, full-time with strong benefits within the Sonepar family.

Qualifications

• College degree or 2+ years related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals in English.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; able to interact with DC leadership and staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily SOP audits of receiving, put away, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Observe associates and verify SOPs are followed; report findings to supervisor.
• Document audit results and maintain accurate logs and records.
