Job summary

Crawford Electric Supply in Katy, TX is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the PM shift at the CDC/Branch. You will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure safety and accuracy in shipping, and supervise a team of associates.

The role requires strong communication, ability to read and follow procedures in English, PIT forklift experience, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds. Crawford offers comprehensive benefits and a supportive culture as part of Sonepar.

Qualifications

• College degree with 2 years or more related experience and/or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills required.
• PIT proficiency; reach truck, order picker, "sit down" propane. Current certification a plus
• Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and handling small parts
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds

Responsibilities

• Strong communication with team and customers.
• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures in English.
• Write routine reports and correspondence.
• Compute basic math and measurements.
• Verify and package product for shipping (shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling).
• Stage product for loading and move materials to warehouse for storage.
• Unload materials from truck and operate within standard SOPs and OSHA standards.
• Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) including stand-up, reach truck, order picker and sit-down propane forklift.
• Complete daily PIT logs and maintain clean work areas.
• Other duties as assigned.
