This in-person role balances hands-on warehouse duties with administrative oversight of field work.

You will build project timelines, track milestones with field teams, and maintain safety forms (AHA, JSA, SSSP) to ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; on-the-job training provided.
• Experience in construction or related field preferred.
• Proficient with Excel; able to manage inventory logs and timelines.
• Familiarity with federal safety forms and protocols (JSA/SSSP/AHA).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and inventory counts.
• Coordinate shipping, receiving, and freight logistics.
• Develop and track project timelines for BES and HVAC projects.
• Maintain safety documentation such as AHA, JSA, and SSSP.
• Support fleet activities and vehicle maintenance.
• Enforce PPE use and safe lifting procedures.
