Job summary

ECM Holding Group, Inc. seeks an Operations and Logistics Generalist to manage daily shipping, receiving, and inventory for Weatherization and HVAC projects. The role blends hands-on warehouse work with project scheduling and administrative tasks.

Based in Oshkosh, WI, the position is full-time, 32-40 hours per week, in-person, Monday–Friday. You will ensure safety documentation, coordinate freight, maintain timelines, and support fleet and site operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in shipping/receiving and warehouse operations preferred.
• Familiarity with federal safety forms and protocols (JSA, SSSP, AHJ/AHA).
• Technical exposure to Weatherization or HVAC projects preferred.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with ability to manage schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and inventory counts.
• Coordinate shipping, receiving, and freight.
• Build project timelines for BES and HVAC projects.
• Track milestones and deadlines with field teams.
• Manage safety documentation including AHA, JSA, SSSP.
• Ensure PPE and safety equipment inspections.
• Support fleet maintenance and vehicle readiness.
