Qualifications

3+ years of leadership experience in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or production environment.
Experience leading frontline teams in a fast-paced operational setting.
Strong communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Ability to work flexible hours as business needs dictate.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of 20-40 warehouse production associates.
Establish clear performance expectations and hold associates accountable for meeting safety, quality, and productivity standards.
Conduct performance coaching, corrective action, and employee recognition activities as needed.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and team-oriented work environment.
Oversee daily production activities and ensure timely, accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
Monitor workflow, staffing levels, and productivity metrics to meet objectives.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Partner with other departments to identify operational challenges and implement solutions.
Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and housekeeping standards.
Oversee the safe operation and maintenance of material handling equipment.
